Organizers of World Cup 2025 release free tickets for students

Pasay City, PhilippinesFrom the round of 16 to the final of the 2025 Men's Volleyball World Championship in the Philippines, students will be able to watch the matches at SM Mall of Asia Arena completely free of charge. The campaign covers the elimination phase of the tournament, which is played between September 20 and 28. This was announced by the tournament organizers.

The hosts are giving students the opportunity to receive free tickets for the upper box or general admission seats (Upper Box / Gen Ad). Registration is done online, and on the day of the match, tickets can be collected at a special counter in the arena.

This campaign is indicative of the local organizers' efforts to maintain high attendance and atmosphere during the most important matches of the championship.
Such practices are part of FIVB and local federations' efforts to bring volleyball closer to young audiences and attract a new generation of fans.

The eliminations began with key clashes on September 20, and the grand final is scheduled for September 28 in Pasay City. With this initiative, organizers expect attendance to increase, despite the absence of the host team. Unfortunately, they were dramatically eliminated by Iran, and that match was the most attended of the championship, with nearly 12,000 people.
