The U20 men's national team played an extremely dramatic friendly match against France. Unfortunately, in the end Bulgaria lost 2:3 (25:19, 16:25, 15:25, 27:29, 15:11). The coaching staffs agreed to play five sets in all cases, so that the players could be maximally loaded.

Simeon Nikolov was the best scorer for Bulgaria with 12 points, after playing one set as opposite.

Alexander Kъndev recorded one less.

According to the schedule, Bulgaria plays its next friendly match with Poland. On Sunday, our team returns to Sofia. Monday is a rest day for Miroslav Zhivkov's boys.
