He will officiate the bronze medal match at the Women's World Championship in Bangkok between the teams of Japan and Brazil. The appointment comes just a day after Ivanov was on the referee's line in the semifinal clash between Turkey and Japan, where he performed flawlessly in one of the most intense matches of the tournament.

In tomorrow's match, Ivanov will be the first referee, and his assistant will be Ksenia Yurkovich from Croatia.
