Saint Xavier University's standing in the championship
Saint Xavier University is part of the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) within the NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) system. In the 2024/25 season, the team showed impressive results:
Competition | Ranking |

Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) | 1st place |
NAIA National Championships | 2nd place |
These achievements place the team among the strongest in the NAIA – champion in its conference and vice-champion in the national championships, ranking it among the strongest university teams in the USA outside the NCAA system.
"Niki Kotevski has departed for Chicago, Illinois, where new adventures, academic, and athletic successes await him. He faces four exciting years in the USA – with ideal conditions for acquiring a bachelor's degree and honing his volleyball skills. These will also be years full of opportunities to explore the beauty and diversity of America," the agency's post further states.
