Young outside hitter Lyubomir Zlatkov is the newest addition to the Pirin (Razlog) squad for the 2025/26 season. Born on May 22, 2006, he is 201 cm tall and is among the promising players of his generation.

Career and Development

Zlatkov comes from CSKA Sofia, where he played during the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons and made his debut in the men's elite. Despite his tender age, he managed to establish himself in a number of matches with stable play in both reception and attack.

An interesting fact is that in 2024 Lyubomir was part of the extended squad of the Bulgarian U21 national team, which is a clear sign of the coaches' trust in his potential.
