Ivaylo Ivanov continues with prestigious appointments at the Paris Olympics. Our best referee will once again officiate a match involving the hosts. After being the first referee for the France – Canada (men's) match, he will now be the second referee for the 'Roosters'' match against China in the women's competition, which is the last on the schedule. Before this, Ivanov had appointments for the matches Poland – Egypt and Brazil – Kenya.

2024 is the best year for our elite referee. Ivanov officiated as the first referee in the final of the Club World Championship. After that, he was at four Nations League tournaments – three for men and one for women.
