Ralina Doshkova continues her career in Cypriot AEK (Larnaca)

Opposite hitter Ralina Doshkova will not be part of Maritsa (Plovdiv)'s squad for the new season, after accepting an offer from Cypriot club AEK (Larnaca).

Last campaign, she was a key figure for the "yellow-blues", helping the team win the championship title and the Bulgarian Cup. In addition, Doshkova was part of Maritsa's historic team that for the first time managed to pass the group stage of the Champions League.

In her career, the volleyball player is a bronze medalist from the World Championship with the Bulgarian national team U17, and later went through all age formations of the national team.

Doshkova began her professional volleyball career with CSKA (Sofia), with whom she won the title and the Bulgarian Cup in 2013. Transfers to clubs in the Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, Romania, and France followed. Among her major successes are the German Cup and Supercup with Palmberg Schwerin in 2019, as well as silver medals from the country's championship.

The management of Maritsa expressed gratitude to Doshkova for her professionalism, dedication, and valuable contribution to the club's history, wishing her health, new successes, and many more unforgettable moments on the volleyball courts.
