Dobrudzha 07 will compete in the Higher League during the 2025/26 season. This was announced by the new management of the club, whose executive director is the team's former head coach Dimitar Marinkov, who succeeded Todorin Nenchev in the post.
"This is a key and strategic move aimed at stabilizing and revitalizing the club - both financially and organizationally," the official statement reads.
The management thanked the local authorities for their cooperation:
"Thanks to the support of Dobrich Municipality, we now have the necessary foundation and stability on which we can confidently build the future of volleyball in our city."
The priority remains the development of young talents:
"Our main goal is to create a safe and motivating environment for children and young athletes. We believe that this path will lead us back, as soon as possible, to the elite of Bulgarian volleyball - Efbet Super Volley."
The new management also appealed to the community:
"We call on fans, parents, former and current competitors, partners, and friends to support the team in this new stage. With joint efforts, Dobrudzha 07 will once again become a symbol of pride for our city," the address concludes.
