The French volleyball clubVolero Le Cannetparted ways with Bulgarian coachIvan Petkovafter only one season at the helm of the team. Under his leadership, the team finished fifth in the championship and for the first time since its establishment failed to qualify for the medal contention inLigue A Féminine.

The club's management reacted immediately and announced the appointment ofMarco Fenoglio– a proven Italian specialist who has titles in Italy, Germany, and Poland, as well as a Champions League trophy, under his belt. Fenoglio has coached elite clubs such as Bergamo, Modena, Busto Arsizio, and the national team of Slovakia.

Until the end of the 2024/2025 season, the sports director of Volero Le Cannet wasEva Yaneva– a club legend and former captain, with whom the team won the championship title and the French Cup in 2022. After the end of the season, Yaneva also left the club.
