Ivaylo Ivanov, the best Bulgarian referee, received an assignment to officiate the France
Military – Canada match in the men's Olympic tournament in Paris. The Bulgarian will be the first referee of the match.
Since the beginning of the tournament in the French capital, Ivanov has had two assignments. First, the organizers sent him as second referee for Poland – Egypt, and then as third for Brazil – Kenya.
In 2024, Ivanov refereed the final of the Intercontinental Club Championship. After that, he had assignments for four of the Nations League tournaments – three for men and one for women.
Ivaylo Ivanov will be the first referee for tomorrow's match between France and Canada in the men's category.
