Levski broke Neftochimic and won a fourth consecutive Bulgarian Supercup

Levski Sofia continued their dominance in the Bulgarian Supercup tournament. The team led by Nikolay Zhelyazkov defeated Neftochimic 2010 (Burgas) with a score of 3:1 (25:16, 25:22, 13:25, 25:22) in the WINBET Supercup 2026 final, played in the capital's "Levski Sofia" hall.
Thus, the "Blues" won the trophy for the fourth consecutive time, having consistently triumphed in the competition since 2023. With this success, the Sofia team equaled Neftochimic at the top of the all-time ranking with four Supercups each.
The champions asserted their superiority in the very first game, where strong blocking secured them a convincing 25:16 victory. The second set was significantly more contested, but Levski remained calm in the decisive rallies and took a 2:0 lead after 25:22.
The Burgas team refused to give up and responded with a decisive third set. Ivan Stanev's squad dominated from the start and reduced their deficit after 25:13, with Stefan Chavdarov excelling with a strong serving run.
In the fourth set, Levski once again took the initiative. Neftochimic tried to get back into the match, but the hosts held onto their lead, and Gordan Lyutskanov ended the dispute with a successful attack for 25:22.

The triumph also brought a new personal achievement for Nikolay Zhelyazkov. The coach now has five Supercups as head coach – one with Neftochimic in 2020 and four consecutive with Levski.
The two teams repeated the outcome of last year's final, when the Sofia team also won the trophy after a 3:1 set victory against Lokomotiv-Avia.
