CSKA left Miner no chances in Pernik, Dimitar Dimitrov scored 6 points per game

CSKA volleyball players recorded a convincing 3:0 (25:20, 25:20, 25:19) victory over hosts Minyor (Pernik) in the second match of the first day of the traditional "Boris Gyuderov" tournament. The match was marked by the return to play of national team member Dimitar Dimitrov, who is now training with the "Reds" after parting ways with Greek Aris.

The opposite hitter appeared on the court in the third set and scored 6 points with 46% attack efficiency. CSKA had superiority throughout the match, with the most significant difference between the two teams being in attack. The capital team scored 44 points from attack with 56% success rate against 30 points and 39% for the hosts.

The most effective player for the winners was Zahari Zgurov with 13 points, followed by Todor Kostov with 8. The middle blocker added one block and one ace to his tally. Teodor Todorov also finished with 8 points, 5 of which were from blocks. For Minyor, Aleksandar Dobrev scored the most points – 8, while Mario Manolov and Stanislav Valkov added 7 each. The "Reds" also decisively won the blocking battle with 7:3, and had an advantage of 3:1 in aces. The hosts made 9 reception errors against only one for CSKA. In the first match of the tournament, Metalurg (Pernik) defeated Pirin (Razlog).
