The Italian Volleyball League announced the winners of the traditional awards for the fairest fans in the 2025/26 season, with "Rana Verona" and "Consar Ravenna" among the honorees – two clubs that, in different ways, are also in the focus of Bulgarian fans.
In the SuperLega, the "Jimmy George" award goes to the fans of "Rana Verona". The award will be presented at the team's first home game of the new season – on October 17 against "Cucine Lube Civitanova".
This match will also be the first official game for Alex and Simeon Nikolov with "Lube" in the 2026/27 season. The two Bulgarian national players will start their SuperLega campaign with an away game in Verona, and before the start of the match, the home crowd will receive the award for their fair behavior last season.
Bulgarian presence was also noted in another of the honored clubs during the 2025/26 season. The "Kirk Kilgore" award for the fairest fans in Serie A2 goes to the supporters of "Consar Ravenna". Last season, Hristiyan Dimitrov and Samuil Valchinov wore the team's jersey. Dimitrov remains in Ravenna for the 2026/27 season, so the Bulgarian presence in the club continues into the new campaign. The "Consar" fans' award will be presented on October 18 at their first home game against "Yuasa Battery Grottazzolina".

The third honored club is "Domotek Reggio Calabria". Its fans win the "Kirk Kilgore" award for Serie A3, which will be presented on October 25 at their home game against "Consoli Sferc Brescia".
The "Jimmy George" and "Kirk Kilgore" awards are presented annually by Lega Pallavolo Serie A to the fans who have distinguished themselves with the fairest behavior during the season.
