Four teams will use the first weekend of October for another serious test before the start of the new season. Montana, Slavia, Pirin (Razlog) and Metalurg (Pernik) will participate in the pre-season PROPLAY tournament, which will be held on October 3rd and 4th in the "Boris Gyuderov" hall in Pernik.
The format includes semi-finals on the first day, and on Sunday, places from first to fourth will be distributed. On October 3rd at 4:00 PM, the hosts Metalurg will meet Pirin, and at 6:30 PM, Montana and Slavia will face each other.

On October 4th, the losers of the semi-finals will meet in the match for third place at 4:00 PM, and the winners will play in the final at 6:30 PM.

All matches will be played in the "Boris Gyuderov" hall, and the organizers have set a daily ticket price of 6 euros, which is valid for both matches on the respective day.
Interestingly, just five days after the PROPLAY final, volleyball will once again be in focus in Pernik. On October 9th and 10th, the city will host the 26th edition of the traditional "Boris Gyuderov" Cup tournament. Pernik Municipality is a co-organizer of the competition, which is among the main events in the city's sports calendar for October.
Thus, within just one week, Pernik will host two separate volleyball tournaments – PROPLAY on October 3rd and 4th, and the "Boris Gyuderov" Cup on October 9th and 10th.
Last year's 25th edition of the "Boris Gyuderov" Cup was won by CSKA, with Minyor finishing second. Montana and Levski also participated in the tournament.
