The Men's European Volleyball Championship concluded with the selection of the EuroVolley 2026 Dream Team. Champions Poland logically have the strongest presence among the honored, and the big individual award went to Wilfredo Leon, who was chosen as the MVP of the championship.
The ideal seven included representatives from three of the four semifinalists – Poland, France, and Finland. The Poles have four volleyball players among the honored, and their coach Nikola Grbić was named best coach.

There was also an interesting Bulgarian accent during the awards ceremony. Wilfredo Leon's award for best outside hitter was presented by the president of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation, Lyubomir Ganev.

Finland, which became one of the big stories of EuroVolley 2026, received recognition through Noah Marttila – the older brother of Luka Marttila. France has two representatives – setter Antoine Brizard and opposite Théo Faure, while Poland dominates the individual awards.
The selection also highlights one of the reasons Poland reached the European title – the team's strength in all elements. Jakubiszak and Lemański form the core of the ideal lineup, Popiwczak is #1 among liberos, and Leon combined the award for best outside hitter with the biggest individual honor – MVP of EuroVolley 2026.
