The Bulgarian national team for girls U16 suffered a second consecutive defeat at the European Championship, which is taking place in Albania and Kosovo. The girls, led by coach Evelina Tsvetanova, lost to their peers from Poland with 0:3 (18:25, 21:25, 15:25) in their third match in Group I. The match was played this evening in the "Feti Borova" hall in the Olympic park in Tirana.
After this defeat, the Bulgarian team remains in the penultimate seventh place in the temporary standings, with a record of one win, two losses, and only two points. Thus, the chances of our young volleyball players qualifying for the elimination phase have significantly decreased.
