The Serbian volleyball champion "Zeleznicar" (Lajkovac) officially announced the signing of Bulgarian outside hitter Emileta Racheva for the 2025/26 season.
The club welcomed its new acquisition with the words:

"Welcome, Emileta! From Bulgaria, with a lot of energy and volleyball passion – Emileta Racheva is our new addition. Experienced and combative, known for her strength and dedication on the court, Emileta will defend the colors of our club this season."

Career and club achievements

Emileta Racheva was born on November 26, 1998, in Sofia. She began her volleyball career at "Slavia" (Sofia), after which she played for a number of Bulgarian and foreign clubs:

• "Slavia" (2016–2018)

• "Rakovski" (2018–2019)

• "Entente Saint-Chamond" (France, 2019–2021)

• "Lokomotiv Nido" (2021–2022)

• "Amiens Longo" (France, 2022–2023)

• CSKA (2023–2024)

• "UTE" Budapest (Hungary, 2024–2025)

In the 2023/24 season with CSKA, she won silver medals in the Demax League after a final against "Maritsa" (Plovdiv).
In 2019, she was named the best scorer in the Bulgarian league.

National team

Racheva debuted for the Bulgarian national team in 2024 in the Volleyball Nations League (VNL) tournament. In 2025, she was again part of Bulgaria's squad in the same tournament.
She describes her participation in the national team as a "great experience" that gives her additional drive and confidence.
