The Turkish Women's National Volleyball Team achieved its sixth consecutive victory in the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Nations League (VNL), after a decisive 3-0 (25:16, 25:18, 26:24) win over Canada in their second match of the second week of the tournament. The match was played at the "Ülker Sports Arena" in Istanbul, in front of an enthusiastic home crowd.
In terms of individual performances, the most productive player in the match for Turkey was the Cuban-born Melissa Vargas, who scored 21 points. She was followed by Ebrar Karakurt with 12. For the Canadian team, Emily Smek was the top scorer with 13 points, followed by Kiera Johnson with 8.
