Noah Duflo Rossi is the MVP of the Men's U18 European Championship. He received his trophy from Bulgarian Volleyball Federation President Lyubomir Ganev.

Manuel Zlatanov also made it into the ideal team, being awarded as the best outside hitter.

The other nominated outside hitter is again Noah Duflo Rossi.

The best middle blockers are Alessandro Benacchio from Italy and Tymoteusz Leśnik from Poland. The best libero is Guillaume Respaut.

Ino Dukić was awarded as the best opposite hitter.
