The Bulgarian national team departs tomorrow to participate in the four-nation tournament "Silesia Cup", which, in addition to our boys, includes the teams of host Poland, Germany, and Ukraine. Martin Atanasov and Denis Karyagin will certainly not travel to Poland, nor will center Boris Nachev. Of the "Americans", only Moni Nikolov is on the list, with Stoil Palev assisting him. In the crucial position of outside hitters, we will rely on Alex Nikolov, Georgi Tatarov, Asparuh Asparuhov, Rusi Zhelev, and Samuil Valchinov. Opposite hitters are expected to be Dimitar Dimitrov and Veni Antov, with a possibility of one more player traveling for this position. Captain Alex Grozdanov and Iliya Petkov will be in the middle, and here too, a third middle blocker is possible. The experienced Martin Bozhilov will be the libero.
