Silesia Cup 2025 is an international friendly volleyball tournament for men, which will take place fromMay 28 to 31, 2025in the Polish cities ofKatowice and Gliwice. Four national teams participate in the competition -Poland, Bulgaria, Germany, and Ukraine, and for the Bulgarian team, this will be the first test before the start of the Nations League. Fans in Bulgaria are already excited about where they can watch the matches and if there will be a broadcast in Bulgaria.
Below you will find all working legal alternatives, ordered by how easy they are to activate and what conditions they require.
1) Bookmaker platforms with live-stream
The most reliable free option, if you are an adult and do not mind registering with a bookmaker.
STS TV - the leading Polish operator has already announced that it will show all matches from the tournament. You only need to open an account and place a symbolic bet; then the picture is without additional fees. Works throughout the EU thanks to the portability regulation.
Bet365 Live Streaming - the British bookmaker's service covers most major volleyball events. Access requires a positive account balance (usually €5) or an active bet in the last 24 hours. The platform has a Bulgarian license, so registration takes minutes.
Plus: HD picture, works on mobile devices.
Minus: it is mandatory to be over 18 years old and to accept the rules of responsible gaming.
2) Temporary free promotions of Polsat Box Go
The Polish streaming platform broadcasts all matches from the tournament, and sometimes gives away 100% legal free access:
Code "Lidl Benefit" - 90 days Polsat Box Go Start
In the Lidl Plus program, each registration generates a code for a three-month free subscription."Open window"
As part of promotions, Polsat unlocks up to 27 channels that can be watched freely by all subscribers - including through the Polsat Box Go app. The spring window was valid until May 4th, but it is often repeated before major sporting events, so keep an eye on the "News" section of the website.
In both cases, you watch without geo-block in any EU country.
3) Free OTT services with main Polsat channel
Sports channels are missing here, butsometimesPolsat moves the most interesting match to its main over-the-air channel.
WP Pilot ("Starter" package)- 100% free registration, access to dozens of over-the-air channels, including Polsat. Watch via browser, mobile app, or Android TV.
Similar free packages are offered byGonet TV,MegogoandSweet TV, each with a minimum 14-day trial.
4) "Clean" satellite signal (FTA)
On test windowsPolsat Sport News HDappears unencrypted (Free-to-Air) at positionHotbird 13°E. You need a regular DVB-S2 receiver and an antenna pointed at the satellite. There are no guarantees, but if the period coincides with the tournament, you get a picture for free and in Full HD.
5) YouTube / Twitch channels
Spontent (Twitch) – German sports media that regularly streams friendly matches of the national team; the chance they will broadcast Germany's matches in the Silesia Cup is high.
Bulgarian Volleyball Federation – YouTube (@volleyBUL.official) – the federation often broadcasts friendly matches of the national team, especially when there are no Bulgarian TV rights. Follow their schedule day by day.
Polska Siatkówka / Polsat Sport – YouTube – even if there is no live broadcast, highlights are uploaded within 24 hours after the end of the match.
How to prepare
Ensure you register (bookmaker or Polsat Box Go)at least a day in advance, to avoid delays in account confirmation and payment.
Check your internet connection – HD streaming requires a stable 5–8 Mbps.
You don't need a VPNfor Polsat Box Go or for platforms licensed in Bulgaria. VPN may only be useful if the bookmaker requires a Polish IP during registration.
Observe age restrictions(18+) and play responsibly if you use bookmaker sites.
