Poland lifted the President's Cup in Koszalin

Poland's women's national team finished the International President's Cup tournament in Koszalin with a convincing victory over France – 3:1 (25:20, 21:25, 25:19, 25:23). Stefano Lavarini's trainees controlled the match for most of the time thanks to a solid block and powerful serves from Martyna Czyrniańska, Magdalena Stysiak, and Martyna Łukasik. Only in the second game did 'les Bleues' manage to capitalize on the hosts' errors and equalize, but after that, the Poles quickly regained the initiative. With this success, 'drużyna polska' won first place and the trophy, and their next stop is the final preparations for the Nations League, where they will seek a strong performance against the world elite.
Regarding Bulgaria's performance, the Polish press noted:
"Bulgaria remained in last place and is still searching for its form – like a child in the fog. Although the team brought back some of its recent leaders and, under the leadership of Antonia Zetova, made a new start, the expected progress and fresh impetus remain a mirage for now."

Here is the final ranking of the tournament in Koszalin:

Poland with a 3:0 record, 8 points

France with a 2:1 record, 5 points

Sweden with a 1:2 record, 3 points

Bulgaria with a 0:3 record, 2 points
