Good news for Bulgarian volleyball fans as Yuasa Battery Grottazzolina begins preparations for the 2025-2026 season – alongside Georgi Tatarov, for whom there is still no official confirmation of his continued presence in the team, Serbian ace Dušan Petković will again stand, whose role in the Marche club's project remains central. Tatarov, who gained valuable experience and playing minutes in the team's debut campaign in the Italian SuperLega, will continue to develop under the guidance of Massimiliano Ortenzi, in the company of one of the best opposite hitters in the league.

📢 The confirmation of Petković's stay was given at a special press conference by President Rossano Romiti. He described the Serb as an "exemplary professional" and the "first step towards building the new season." Although he is a leading figure in the team, Dušan emphasized that the successes of the past season are the result of collective work and the strength of the group.

🔄 Preparations for the new season are expected to begin in August, with Petković returning after a short break in his native Serbia. Meanwhile, Georgi Tatarov will also fight for a bigger role in the rotation, having proven that he has the potential to establish himself among the best.
