United States men's national team coach Karch Kiraly has announced an expanded squad of 32 players for the upcoming edition of the Nations League. The biggest surprise on the list is the absence of key figures from recent years such asMatthew Anderson, David Smith, Micah Christenson, Maxwell Holt, Taylor Averill and Torey DeFalco.
After the Olympic cycle, the USA is taking a decisive step towards renewing the team. The squad includeseight debutants, with the coaching staff clearly showing that they will be looking for depth and new energy in their squad on the road to the 2025 World Championship.
