Germany announced the squad, Grozer will bother us again, three sure clashes this summer

Germany today announced its expanded squad for this summer's tournaments. Bulgarian volleyball fans have reason for increased attention – the German national team will face Bulgaria in three confirmed clashes. The first will be during the Silesia Cup in Poland, where from May 28 to 31, our team will meet the host team, Ukraine, and Germany. This will be followed by a clash in the Nations League (June 11–16 in Quebec), and the third meeting with the 'Bundes' team is in the group stage of the World Championship on September 13 in the Philippines. A fourth meeting is not ruled out if the draw brings them together again in the elimination phase of the World Cup.

Germany's preparation: a new Olympic cycle, young faces, and a clear strategy

Germany begins preparations in Kienbaum with the aim of building a strong squad for the entire Olympic cycle. Due to club commitments (participation in the Champions League Final Four), head coach Michal Winiarski will join later, and assistant coach Thomas Ranner is temporarily leading the training process. The squad features established names such asGeorg Grozer and Jan Zimmermann, as well as a number of young talents.
