This became clear from an interview on the Russian website "BO Sport", in which the head coach of the Siberian club Plamen Konstantinov commented on his plans for the new season. Although according to Simeon Nikolov's father, as many as seven clubs are interested in the young Bulgarian setter, Lokomotiv emphasizes thatno concrete decision has been made yet and it is too early to talk about finalizing negotiations.
💬 In the same conversation, it was revealed that Lokomotiv had held prolonged negotiations with Argentine ace Luciano de Cecco, but in the end he rejected the offer.
🇫🇷 As for Vasily Molotkov – well-known to Bulgarian fans from his season with Montana – the coach explained that the decision to send him on loan to France aims at the player's development. "After Bulgaria, it is important for a young player like him to 'cook' in a different playing style. There, next year's champion might drop out, and the seventh team in the regular season could become champion in the playoffs. The championship is very interesting. He will have to give his hundred percent in every match. During his development period, it is useful for Molotkov to gain experience in different championships. Then we will see if he is ready for 'Lokomotiv,'" Konstantinov explained his decision.
🛫 A similar plan was prepared for another young Russian player – Mikhail Vishnyakov – but his transfer to Paris fell through at the last moment. The coach concluded by emphasizing the technical development of young players and the importance of working on details from an early age.
