The Bulgarian setter finished the Big West Conference final in the USA with 4 aces. He also managed to break his ace-less streak against Hawaii, recording four consecutive points from service in the third game of the match. Thus, to become the new record holder, the silver medalist from Euro 2024 for men U20 needs to achieve 7 aces in the remaining matches of the season.
