National coach Svetozar Ivanov of the men's national U16 team is leaving Stoichev-Kaziyski Volleyball Academy, where he worked as a coach, the club announced.

Currently, Ivanov and the national team are preparing for their first match of the European qualification. Sofia is hosting Group A, which also includes the teams from Cyprus, Finland, and Latvia.

The Bulgarian team begins its participation on April 25 with a match against Cyprus at 6 PM in Hristo Botev Hall. The following two days will feature matches against Latvia and Finland. The first-place team in the standings qualifies for the European Championship.
