The decisive third match was played in Trento and ended with a victory for the hosts with3:1 (25:21, 22:25, 25:19, 25:18).
The star of Italian volleyball was above all for the winnersAlessandro Michieletto. He played a great match and was the top scorer with24 points, contributing immensely to the success with2 direct block points and 5 aces. With his performance, Michieletto gave his maximum to lead his team to overall success in the series.
