Levski Sofia officially announced the squad with which it will prepare for the new season. Head coach Nikolay Zhelyazkov has a group of 22 volleyball players, among whom are the experienced Todor Skrimov and Gordan Lyutskanov.

In the 'Blues' staff, Zhelyazkov will continue to work with assistant coach Hristo Tsvetanov. Antonio Ivanov is the statistician, Yordan Georgiev will be responsible for physical preparation, and Emil Tsekovski is the physiotherapist.

At the setter position, Levski will rely on Anton Stanchev, Petko Petkov, and Pyotr Marinov.

There are also three volleyball players at the libero position – Dimitar Dobrev, Ivaylo Donov, and Dean Lakov.

The greatest competition is expected in the middle blocker and outside hitter positions. Six middle blockers are included in the squad – Lazar Buchkov, Nikolay Nikolaev, Adrian Ganev, Martin Totkov, Daniil Rychiu, and Georgi Dimitrov.

There are seven outside hitters in the group. Among them are the experienced Todor Skrimov and Gordan Lyutskanov, and the others are Svetoslav Ivanov, Martin Tatarov, Filip Marinski, Kaloyan Drezgachev, and Yoan Kostadinov.

For the opposite hitter position, Nikolay Zhelyazkov has three options – Kristian Titriyski, Dimitar Peychinov, and Mihail Mihaylov.
