Vulchinov defeated Zlatanov in a dramatic first 1/8 final for the cup in A2

In the first match of the round of 16 for the Del Monte A2 Italian Cup,MaceratadefeatedConsar Ravenna3:2 in PalaCosta.

Manuel Zlatanov (Ravenna) -18 points, fire in attack, block and composure. Although he plays for Italy's youth national team, Bulgarian volleyball history flows in his veins.

Samuil Valchinov (Macerata) - also18 points, excellent in key moments, stable in all elements and of huge value for Castellano's team.

The battle was fierce - Ravenna equalized from 0:2 to 2:2, but Macerata showed class in the tie-break. Fal (14 pts) was named MVP, and veteran Klapwijk added 23 pts.

📆 The rematch is on Saturday, April 12, at 5:30 PM in Marche.
