The film tells about the dramatic victory of the Russian national volleyball team against Brazil (3:2) in the final of the London 2012 Olympic Games. Russia was losing 0:2, but with an impressive comeback, led by the tactical decisions of Vladimir Alekno and the brilliant play of Dmitriy Muserskiy, triumphed with the Olympic gold.

The main role – coach Vladimir Alekno – is played by Denis Shvedov ("Major", "Wolf"), and his wife Ekaterina Alekno is played by Yuliya Iliina ("Treapachi"). Sports commentator Dmitriy Guberniev also appears in the film, recreating his real participation in the final.

Among the actors are also Sergey Bezrukov, Alexander Lykov, Igor Kostolevsky, Sergey Shakurov and Irina Pegova.
