"Squadra Azzurra" is actually "green" - Italy with the youngest squad at the Paris Games

The "Azzurri" have the lowest average age of all men's teams at the Olympics

Luca Porro and Alessandro Bovolenta (born 2004) are among the youngest volleyball players (20 years old) who will play under the "Five Interlocking Rings", while three Americans are at the forefront of the oldest players, reportsvolleyball.it.

After the rosters of all men's national teams for the Olympics in the French capital were announced, it became clear that Ferdinando De Giorgi's players are the youngest team out of the 12 in the Olympic tournament. Italy's average age is 24 years, 9 months, and 11 days.

The figures are taken into account up to July 27, when the volleyball battles in Paris begin. It is important to note that the difference between the youngest team (Italy) and the oldest (USA) is almost 8 years - the Americans have an average age of about 32 years.

Slovenian volleyball player Nik Mujanović, who was previously part of "Monza" and will return to Paris for the new season to play for "Paris Volley", is the youngest male competitor in the French capital. The attacker, born in 2004, is 19 years old.

Americans David Smith, Matthew Anderson, and Maxwell Holt are the three oldest in the Olympic competition. The first is 39, while the other two are 37.
