Moscow's "Dynamo" started the ¼-finals of the Pari Super League with a defeat! Tsvetan Sokolov's team lost to "Dynamo-LO" with 1:3 (29:27, 21:25, 22:25, 27:29) in Sosnovy Bor.

Sokolov played a strong match, being the top scorer with 16 points (2 blocks, 1 ace), 38% attack efficiency, but his efforts were not enough. Anton Semishev added 14, and Denis Bogdan – 12. Sapozhkov scored one point.

The hosts asserted dominance with powerful serves and stable blocking. Osniel Mergarejo and Denis Biryukov recorded 15 points each, and Pavel Avdochenko – 14.

The fourth game was decisive, going through dramatic twists and turns. The Muscovites twice recovered from a deficit, but in the end, "Dynamo-LO" prevailed – 29:27!

- After winning the first game, at times we didn't finish things, at others the "Dynamo-LO" team had more luck, was more persistent. The hosts played better than us on the block. We will certainly look into the reasons. At some points, "Dynamo-LO" made fewer mistakes. Essentially, that made the difference, - said the coach of the "white-blues".

- The "Dynamo-LO" team played well. Firstly, they moved great on the block, but also with their serve, they pushed us 3-4 meters away from the net, it was difficult for us. Why couldn't we rally after the second game? Well, we didn't get lost either. "Dynamo-LO" played well. This is entirely their credit, they were great today.
