Ventsislav Ragin returns to Dobrudzha 07

Dobrudzha 07 continues with its squad building for the new season, officially announcing the return of one of the most experienced Bulgarian middle blockers – Ventsislav Ragin.
The 34-year-old player will once again wear the green-yellow kit of the Dobrich club, where he left a significant mark during his previous stints. Ragin was part of the historic Dobrudzha 07 squad that won the first Bulgarian Cup in the club's history in 2015. He later returned to the team in the 2020/2021 season, when the Dobrich team reached the final of the Bulgarian Cup.
Most recently, the middle blocker defended the colors of Neftochimic 2010, with whom he also triumphed in the Bulgarian Cup tournament. In his rich career, Ragin has a total of four trophies in the competition – one with Dobrudzha 07, two with Hebar, and one with Neftochimic.
In addition to these clubs, he has also played for Slavia, Levski, Montana, Beroe, the Romanian Tomis, as well as for the Qatari Police Union and Al Rayyan, with whom he became champion of Qatar. An interesting fact is that Ragin was a teammate of head coach Dimitar Marinkov in Montana and Dobrich.
With the acquisition of Ventsislav Ragin, Dobrudzha 07 adds significant experience and class to the center of the net. The club officially welcomed the return of one of the well-known darlings of the Dobrich audience and wished him health, a successful season, and many more victories with the green-yellow kit.
