Poland's head coach Nikola Grbić announced the 15 volleyball players who will travel to the Final Tournament of the Nations League in Ningbo (China), where "Družyna Polska" (the Polish team) will defend its title from last year.
The most significant absence from the squad is that of middle blocker Jakub Kochanowski, who continues to recover from a knee injury and will not be available for the decisive matches. On the other hand, setter Jan Firlej returns to the team, who is now fully recovered and will form a tandem in this position alongside Marcin Komenda. Marcel Bakaj remains out of the final squad.
Poland will begin the defense of the trophy with a quarter-final match against Ukraine. The match is scheduled for July 30 (Thursday) at 2:30 PM Bulgarian time.
