A volleyball player from a team in the men's volleyball league has tested positive for doping, Greek media report. The banned substance, which has been identified, was found in the first sample provided by the athlete, and the team and player were immediately notified.

Now, according to protocol, the mandatory testing of the second sample is expected. The athlete's name will not be released until the second sample is tested. If it is positive, an appropriate penalty will follow.
