Bronze medalists from the European Men's U18 Volleyball Championship received official recognition for their success. The national team and coaching staff were awarded at a special ceremony in Hristo Botev Hall, where the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation presented them with honorary plaques.

The event was attended by the President of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation Lyubomir Ganev, First Vice President Petar Kanev, members of the Management Board Nikolay Ivanov and Dimo Tonev, administrative director Stanislav Nikolov, as well as parents, relatives, media representatives, and guests.

Each of the players and members of the coaching staff was individually honored for their contribution to Bulgaria's historic success.
Miroslav Zhivkov's team had a strong championship in Italy, starting with a victory over the reigning European champion France, reaching the semifinals, and after a dramatic loss to Poland in a five-set clash, finished the tournament with a convincing 3-0 (25:19, 25:19, 25:23) victory over host Italy in the bronze medal match.

The excellent performance was also recognized with two spots in the tournament's Dream Team. Adrian Ganev was chosen as the Best Middle Blocker, and Nikola Gradinarov as the Best Outside Hitter. Additionally, the Bulgarian nationals ranked among the leaders in numerous individual statistical classifications of the championship.
