The Polish Volleyball Federation officially announced that Lodz will host the Final Four of the Champions League. The news was confirmed on Thursday morning at a special press conference by the city's mayor, Hanna Zdanowska. The tournament will take place on May 17-18.

Poland with three representatives in the battle for the Top 4
Next week, the quarter-final matches begin, and Poland still has three representatives in the tournament:
PGE Projekt Warszawa
Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie
JSW Jastrzębski Węgiel
These teams will fight for a place in the Final Four, which means it is entirely possible for host Lodz to welcome at least one Polish team in the battle for the title.
This will be an exceptional event for Polish volleyball, as the city already has extensive experience in organizing major volleyball tournaments.
Thirteen years later, "Atlas Arena" in Lodz will once again host the Final Four of the Men's Volleyball Champions League.
This will be the third Champions League Men's Final Four played in the impressive facility in Lodz. Here, in the 2009/10 season, Trentino Itas triumphed, and in the 2011/12 season, success smiled on Zenit Kazan (Trento finished third).
