The volleyball players from Spacer's Toulouse and Grottazzolina will participate in the 12th edition of the NAS Sports Tournament, which will take place in Dubai from March 10 to 20, 2025. The French team will travel to the United Arab Emirates between two championship matches – an away game against Plessis-Robinson on February 28 and a home game against Narbonne on March 1.
Grottazzolina will also be part of the tournament
In addition to Spacer's Toulouse, Grottazzolina will also participate in the tournament, with their team departing for Dubai on March 10 with a twenty-person delegation, including players and staff. The Italian team will play three matches in the group stage – on March 13, 15, and 17, and if successful, will qualify for the semifinals scheduled for March 19. All of this is done primarily with a view to the fifth-place playoffs, which will begin in April. This mini-tournament will feature six teams, including the four teams eliminated from the title playoffs, who will be joined by Padova and Grottazzolina, as ninth and tenth in the regular season.
Iliya Petkov, who plays for Spacer's Toulouse, and Georgi Tatarov and Denislav Bardarov, who are part of Grottazzolina's squad, will take part in the prestigious tournament. For the three of them, this will be an opportunity to showcase their class against serious European opponents. According to information from the Russian BO Sport, two Russian teams – Dynamo Moscow and Nova Novokuybyshevsk – will join these teams. If this is the case, then Tsetso Sokolov's participation should also be added to the Bulgarian contingent.
Strong competition is expected
The NAS Sports Tournament is one of the largest sporting events in the region and includes eight volleyball clubs, divided into two groups of four teams.

The tournament will be held at the Nad Al Sheba complex during Ramadan, when large sporting events are traditionally organized in the region, as part of a broad initiative to promote sports in Dubai.
