Bulgarians in the Greek Volleyball League: PAOK in the semifinals, tough battles for Kifisias and Pegasus

The Greek Volleyball League is entering its decisive phase, and Bulgarian players will be at the center of important clashes. The teams of Nikolay Kolev (PAOK), Georgi Petrov (Kifisias), Boyan Yordanov, and Tomislav Rusev (Pegasus Polichnis) face various challenges in the fight for the title, allocation of places, and survival in the elite.

PAOK (Nikolay Kolev) A.O.N.S. Spik – semi-finals against Panathinaikos

PAOK, where Nikolay Kolev plays, secured fourth place in the regular season and will face Panathinaikos in the semi-finals. The team has the home advantage in the series, which is played to three wins. A tough battle is expected, but PAOK has the necessary resources to counter the favorite Panathinaikos.

Kifisias (Georgi Petrov) A.O.N.S. Spik – mini-championship for 5th-7th place

Flisvos Paleo Faliro in a best-of-three series, with the winner retaining their place in the league and the loser dropping to the Preliminary League, where the Orestiada team already is.
