Gergana Kyoseva and Mira Todorova one step away from the semifinals in Romania, Monika Krasteva is already there

The Bulgarian volleyball players continue their excellent performance in the Romanian Division A1. Gergana Kyoseva and her Dinamo (Bucharest) won their first quarterfinal match against Rapid (Bucharest) with a score of 3:1 (21:25, 25:18, 25:18, 25:15) and are just one win away from the semifinals. The second match of the series is on March 5 (Wednesday) at 5:00 PM.

Kyoseva contributed 13 points (3 blocks), being second in scoring for her team. The top scorer for Dinamo was Ana Cristina Miron with 18 points (3 blocks). For Rapid, Lora Kitipova finished with 3 points (1 block).

The champion CSO Voluntari, with Mira Todorova in the squad, gave no chances to CSM Constanta, winning decisively with a score of 3:0, giving the opponent only 38 points. Todorova finished with 7 points (2 blocks), and the top scorer in the match was Suvi Kokkonen with 20 points. The second match of the series is on March 5 (Tuesday) at 6:00 PM.

Meanwhile, another Bulgarian has already secured a place in the semifinals – Monika Krasteva and her Alba Blaj successfully overcame the quarterfinals and are awaiting their next opponent.
