Galatasaray HDI Insurance men's volleyball team could not resist Ziraat Bankkart in the 24th round match of the SMS Group Efeler League, which ended with a 3:0 (25-18, 25-22, 25-19) victory for the hosts.

The match took place in the TVF Ziraat Bankkart Volleyball Hall, and Galatasaray's head coach started with the following lineup: Arslan, Zaytsev, Doukan, Patry, Cardoso, Ahmet, Hasan (libero) and Caner (libero).

Although the "Lions" showed fighting spirit at times, Ziraat Bankkart's strong offensive play and stable serving proved decisive in critical moments. Despite the defeat, Jean Patry stood out with 13 points, while Ivan Zaytsev and Ahmet Tümer added 6 points each to Galatasaray's tally.

For the first time since his injury in the match against Fenerbahçe, when he collided with Denis Karyagin during a fall, national player Martin Atanasov also returned to play briefly in the third set. He scored one point from a block, attacked four times (one time he was blocked) and served twice, making one error.
