Former Bulgarian national team coach Marcello Abbondanza continues to achieve success in his career. After leading teams like Fenerbahçe (2013-2017) and Turkish Airlines (2019-2023) in Turkey, he is now triumphant in South Korea at the helm of Incheon Heungkuk Life Pink Spiders.

Under his leadership, the team finished the regular season with 14 consecutive wins, demonstrating total dominance in the league. In the playoff series, the Pink Spiders lead 2-0 and are on the verge of the title. The team features national volleyball player Tutku Burcu Yüzgenç and Korean star Yeon-Koung Kim, who also has titles from Turkey.

Due to the exceptional results, the club's management offered Abbondanza a contract extension, confirming their trust in him.
