The main goal of the organization is to protect the rights and interests of athletes when signing contracts, in disputes with clubs, federations, and insurers, as well as to provide legal assistance for any problems that arise.
"We will fight for justice, especially in cases where athletes do not receive their rightful remuneration from professional clubs," the founders stated.
The association will work to create a safe and stable environment in which Bulgarian athletes can develop calmly and focus on their careers.
Several organizations exist in Bulgaria that strive to protect the rights and interests of professional athletes. One of them is the Association for the Development of Bulgarian Sport (ARBS), founded in 2010. Among its main goals are the protection of the rights of athletes, coaches, and sports organizations, as well as the promotion of transparency in sport.
Another similar organization is the "Sport in Bulgaria" Foundation, established with the aim of supporting sports clubs and individual athletes. The foundation provides financial and logistical support, such as providing transportation for sports clubs.
