11 clubs eligible to participate in Efbet Super Volley were admitted to participate in the new season. A commission from the NVL reviewed the documents of all who submitted documents for licensing, including the new elite member - "Dunav" (Ruse).

"In the process of review, there were clubs from which we requested additional documents. Only one club was not admitted to participate - VC "Dobrudzha 07", due to non-fulfillment of financial obligations. We gave them an additional period according to the NVL Regulations and licensing conditions. If they do not comply with the prescriptions - they are definitively excluded from Efbet Super Volley", said NVL President Zhivko Zhelev. "We will additionally specify the date of the draw, and a working meeting with the clubs is forthcoming to adopt the amendments and additions to the Regulations for the new season", Zhelev added.

The admitted participants are - "Levski Sofia", CSKA, "Dea Sport", "Neftochimic 2010", "Montana Volley", "Beroe 2016", "Pirin", "Cherno More", "Hebar", "Lokomotiv Avia", "Dunav".
