Dimitar Dimitrov and his Montpellier will face Silvano Prandi's Chaumont in a French Cup semi-final match. The match, in which Montpellier is the host, will be played on March 4 at 9 PM Bulgarian time. Chaumont are temporary leaders in the standings with an equal number of points - 39 with Montpellier, but with one less match played. Montpellier already met the team, led by the former coach of Bulgaria, on October 22 and defeated them 3:0. The two teams will face each other once more in the championship before the semi-final, with Chaumont hosting on February 21.
In the other semi-final, also on March 4 at the same time, Ilia Petkov's Toulouse and Tourcoing will face each other. Tourcoing is fourth in the standings, while the "Spacers" are 6th. Toulouse lost in the first championship match against Tourcoing 0:3, in a match played on November 9. The two teams will meet on March 8 for the championship, with the hosts being Tourcoing.
