VakifBank has officially extended Giovanni Guidetti's contract for another three years, meaning the Italian specialist will remain at the helm of the team until the end of the 2027-28 season.

This extension will make Guidetti part of the club for a full 20 years, having taken over in 2008. Under his leadership, VakifBank has established itself as one of the most dominant teams in women's volleyball, winning numerous domestic and international trophies.
