Panathinaikos defeated Kifissia and Georgi Petrov 3:1 (25:21, 21:25, 25:19, 25:16), catching up with Milonas' team at the top of the Greek championship standings.

Overall, Panathinaikos had strong serving and blocking with 13 aces and 12 blocks respectively, troubling Kifissia both in the middle and on the wings.
