The University of Hawaii men's volleyball team completed its early-season home series with a perfect 6-0 record after a 3-0 sweep against No. 19 Princeton on Friday in the finale of the two-match weekend at SimpliFi Arena at Stan Sheriff Center. The 3-0 (25-17, 25-17, 25-23) score best reflects the balance of power, with the visitors offering some resistance only in the third set.
The Rainbow Warriors used a powerful serve that once again led them to victory. Hawaii tallied nine aces in the match and 25 for the entire series, averaging 3.57 per set. Hawaii's block also activated on Friday with a total of 9.5 points compared to only two in Wednesday's 3-1 victory.
In front of a crowd of over 7,000 people, many of whom were dressed in red to mark the match's theme - Lunar New Year, the Warriors achieved an attack efficiency of .333 versus .135 for the Tigers. Krystian Titriyski finished the match with 9 points.

Hawaii will rest next week before embarking on its first road trip of the season against Brigham Young in a two-match series on Friday, January 31, and Saturday, February 1 in Provo, Utah.
